How to Make a Crucifix With Beads
Though people usually just think of a cross when they hear the word "crucifix," the word comes from the Latin word "crucifixus," which means one affixed to a cross. For Christians, a crucifix is a reminder of Jesus' atoning sacrifice. If you want to remember Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, a beaded crucifix is a perfect reminder. You can make your own crucifix from materials you can buy at your local craft store.
