There are some particulars based on whether you're headed to Disneyland or Disney World, so read on for more information!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Military ID
  1. Step 1

Decide which Disney park you're headed to and read below for the details on each.

  2. Step 2

Disneyland Resort (California): You'll get a free 3-day admission ticket good through June 12th, 2009. The "Disney’s Armed Forces Salute" ticket is valid for admission to both Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure parks. You'll also have the option to purchase up to five companion 3-day tickets for family or friends for the cost of a regular 1-Day "Park Hopper" ticket. There are also discounts available for rooms at Disneyland Resort hotels through June 12th. For more information, contact (714)956-6424.

  3. Step 3

Walt Disney World (Florida): Here you' can get a free 5-day admission ticket with "Park Hopper" and "Water Park Fun & More" options good through December 23rd, 2009. This "Disney’s Armed Forces Salute" ticket is also good for five visits to a choice of the Disney water park or "DisneyQuest" Indoor Interactive Theme Park. You also have the option of buying for family or friends up to five 5-Day "Disney's Armed Forces Salute Companion" tickets for $99 per ticket. If you want to add the "Park Hopper" or "Water Park Fun & More" options to the companion tickets, the cost is $25 extra per upgrade. There are also discounts at Walt Disney World Resort hotels available. For more info on those, check out www.disneyworld.com/military.

  4. Step 4

You'll need to head to the ticket office either on base, or at the "Shades of Green Resort" in Orlando. Here you' will receive a exchange pass which is redeemable at the Disneyland or Walt Disney World park ticket booth for the free ticket(s) described above.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure to go to the ticket office on base before heading to the park.
  • Don't forget your military ID!
  • Spouses to those active duty military members stationed or deployed overseas can obtain a free ticket in place of their spouse.
