Keeping skin moisturized is important for your overall look and self-esteem. Follow these tips to keep your skin moist and looking its best.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • skin moisturizer
  • skin creams
  • patience
  1. Step 1

First off, avoid extreme conditions at all costs. I know its fun to downhill sky, kitesurf, and play extreme sports. But, if you choose to do those type of activities, be sure to protect your skin before taking part in them. Always keep your face covered and protect yourself from windburn. Wind can dry out your skin. I may sound like a broken record here, but apply plenty of moisturizer to your face and any exposed skin before and after those types of activities.

  2. Step 2

Always practice good hygiene. This means brushing your teeth, which has nothing to do with your skin. But, routines are good. Down a glass of water first thing in the morning, and have another with your breakfast. This should give you twenty ounces of water before your day is even started. Your goal should be 100 ounces of water per day. Water is KEY in moisturizing your skin. Drink up and watch your skin become silky smooth.

  3. Step 3

Sweat. I know it sounds gross, but do it. Sweating gets rid of all your dead and damaged skin cells, and makes your skin become rejuvenated. Sweating is the best thing for your skin. Go ahead and hit the steam room or sauna on a regular basis if you have access to one. They are magical for your skin. Also, be sure to apply the best skin moisturizer before and after taking part in that activity.

Tips & Warnings
  • be patient, skin doesn't become moisturized overnight
  • avoid extreme weather conditions
