How to Make "Pudding" Shots

If you have tried Jell-O shots, then you already know the concept of the pudding shot. They are sweet, alcoholic drinks based on pudding. The shots are fairly easy to make, but they must be made with instant pudding mix. The completed shots can be frozen if there's no need to eat them immediately. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream

Instructions

    • 1

Mix the milk and pudding together with an electric mixer. Prepare the pudding as directed on the pudding box.

    • 2

Add the alcohol and mix everything together. Mix in the whipped cream after the alcohol blends into the pudding.

    • 3

Pour the pudding into individual cups with lids.

Tips & Warnings

  • Some combinations of pudding and alcohol can produce familiar ice cream flavors. Some of the options are vanilla and root beer schnapps for a root beer float, vanilla and tequila rose for a strawberry flavor, and vanilla, triple sec and orange vodka for an orange creamsicle taste.

  • Freeze, do not refrigerate.

  • Make sure you use the instant pudding and not the cooking kind, it will not work.
