Step 1
Decide what type of jewelry you want to purchase, and how much you want to spend. Pendants and lockets are the most common type of pet cremation jewelry and are available in a variety of precious and semi-precious metals, including pewter, bronze, silver, and gold.
-
Step 2
Choose a design that is a fitting remembrance for your pet. You can place a picture of your pet inside a locket, choose a pendant representative of your dog or cat's breed, or choose a symbolic design. For example, a butterfly may represent freedom from earthly pains and cares. Or, a heart to symbolize the bond you shared with your pet.
-
Step 3
Shop around online for cremation pet jewelry. Because this type of jewelry is highly specialized, you're more likely to find better pricing and selection online. In fact, chances are you won't find pet cremation jewelry in local stores.
-
Step 4
When you receive your cremation pet jewelry, follow the instructions for filling the compartment with your pet's ashes. Make sure the compartment is well-sealed so that none of the ashes escape.

on 9/30/2009 Pet cremation jewelry has become a very popular way to commemorate that cherished pet and special pet. We have, for the past 6 years, worked with over two thousand families that have lost their loved family members, special friends and cherished pets to help them remember the memories of those they lost plus helping to lessen the grief that is felt.
Memory Pendants are dichroic glass and silver cremation pendants, worry stones and hanging memorials that have a bit of cremains safely fused between layers of vibrant colored glass. We also have created a realistic "Opal" style glass keepsake pendant that displays a lock of hair or small bit of cremains through a viewing area in the back of the memorial.
