Things You'll Need:
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 chicken breasts.
- A cup of thinly sliced baby carrots.
- A cup of diced white potatoes
- A medium size onion, diced
- 2 quarts of water
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 2 pieces of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of orzo

Step 1
Put the chicken breasts, the carrots, the onions, the potatoes, the crushed garlic, the extra virgin olive oil and two quarts of water over medium heat and keep until the chicken breats are fully cooked.

Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the water and cut them into small pieces.

In a separate large pot, heat the butter and roll the flour in and cook until the flour turns a golden color. Make sure the flour

Move the soup with the veggies into the pot where you have the butter and the flour. Add the orzos and return the chicken back in as well.

Add salt to taste and cook for another 10 minutes. Do not cover the pot with a lid.

Serve hot with some ground black pepper, freshly baked bread and a salad. Enjoy!
