Things You'll Need:
- When you are recording from an audience make sure the recording person is in the front from and not to far from the view.
-
Step 1
Learn how to address the audience with an opening Paragraph: Example
I want to thank all of the minority figures in the past that restored this movement. People like: W. B. Dubois, Sojourner Truth, Nat Turner, Harriet Tubman, Cleopatra, Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King and Family, Malcolm X Shabazz and Family, Jesse Jackson and Family. Like too spread love to the entertainment industry, for the barriers being broken over the 200 somewhat years. These are some of the faces that stood out amongst the best of them. Yet, with all of the great achievements -- there's now sense of urgency for all those that were lost. We have come so far, and fell so hard. We the people created this mess of forgotten soldiers by closing the door on others. -
Step 2
Get the audience ready with the next paragrah that explains what you are trying to open with: Example.
During these last two years something has brought unity and hope into the people. A spirit has brought more life into the presence of our well being in life. In the grassroots movement: a movement that has allowed the people to have there voice. As a proud half and half, where in my veins share the DNA of African Americans, White, Hispanic, and me I speak for the people. As a next generation leader, who's brought unsound wisdom and heart for education in an unconventional way—a way that presided with a title taken not given. During the campaign in Obama's Talk, he said: I'm bring the next generations leader, and together we can change politics. A type of leader that knows change comes from the bottom up, as leadership has no price tags, and the will of the people will follow.
Many of the celebrities that we call leaders haven't lived up to the characteristics they shout. They haven't opened the doors to the youth, and allowed the circulation of green to undermine the hardships of those left behind. -
Step 3
Then get them hooked on a slogan that they can follow, and begin with it. Example.
As the next generation leader, it's time to make a calling on programs that hasn't place a dent in the hardships of being poor. How more minority men are finding themselves locked out, and searching for a leader that can challenge all races. The NAACP, hasn't been around to groom this new branch of leaders. They've been empowered by the growth of green to help the falling men. They've been so much about African American rights, in to a term it made us the outsiders. The vibe of me against the world closed our eyes to the truth. Which is: We as in minorities Got Lazy and satisfied. We train our young to be poor, and hate on the one trying because we haven't made our slips grow.
As a next generation leader, I will not blame failure on the other race-- instead work hard on trying to open your eyes to the life of reality—a reality that has dimmed because we are at mist with in ourselves. The accepted view of failure on goals! As a next generation leader, my goals are your goals. If people are not working too achieve unity—how can we bring change to a divided country.
As the next generations Leader, I need you—to help me lead. You make your leaders what they are today, and I need you! Like the Victors of the past to the renaissance of the soldiers fighting for tomorrow—leaders are spoken on you. As we remember them markings of all our minority leaders in battle. They all believed in unity as a forum of leading for a cause.
As I stand on this platform remembering the hardships of Malcolm X. Shabazz; or the triumphs in a dream for Dr. King Jr. As this country is said to be built on roads and railroads-- the legacy of Tubman, makes our walks of life a historians journey on leadership. We as freedom crafters, and journalist created a new line of journalism--where, many of our trade writers in the Minority Community still focus on the traditional landscapes in writing structured by Frederick Douglass. -
Step 4
After that have them open to the problem with more details and facts. Example.
The people of today are tired of the hate consumed in the history of yesterday. As they see old school leadership in a low budget movement that starts rallies for the people. We are moving on a time were unconventional politics comes and brings back historical politic juncture in knowing your officials running for office. People have said to the leaders of the past—you have no money. They have said; The Party already has someone in position—we don't need a nobody like you. They said that money is the only key on leadership. Yet, you don't need money to see that people are hurting because we have done the system a shame. We are looking to get paid for a vote instead of values in the process of voting. Too many people made an ultimate sacrifice for your right to vote freely without payment—like the Hispanic gentleman in Atlanta, who marched in the 60's. He died because he wanted to have a chance to vote. Like our minority brothers and
sisters, who fought this fight to have a vote. Our history became the structured built on hard work, and zero cash. People have been telling me for years that: I have zero chance at winning. Yet, they still sign the petition! They say I don't have the money to win this election, yet they still show up to my rallies. If the chance at change is the spoken words from victor approaching a mist on greatness—as he leads with out cash, only shows. You don't need money to lead and before the people.
In a moment waiting for these times, in a time looking for these causes –brings leadership. A type of leadership that shows the way, when the tunnel is too dark! We are in search of the spirit to move us out of this wall. What we need in this country is unity? Hoping someone too create this movement for change to fail, isn't in the best interest of the people. It's the people who graced faith in our candidacy as leaders, to come together in hopes America Can be that great nation. A nation where if we stand United and climb the hill tops on every mountain side: not only will freedom ring-- yet, the words unity shall sing. The citizens of this country need to see a Congress that's congressionally tight; with unity. Why! We the people needs to see companionship in unity in the halls of America.
The halls where laws are written, spirits are born, and Hope is grown. Grown in a way that allows the people to see: We can make! We may not agree, and we may bat -
Step 5
Then Close the deal with a last word of Hope! Example.
The country became divided and threats of separation flooded the gates; as the homeless, and the poor flooded to the steps of Congress—where the jobless asked questions: Ain't I'm an American. That's when the turning point of our democracy stated in order for this country to stand tall; a union in the mist shall seek unity and become united. That's how we put the first person on the moon, how this country was the first to give women its rights. How minorities got the right to dream in freedom – and how the wealthy became rich. It was unity in peace that created a crescent on prosperity that has allowed to achieve great wealth. As I walk the streets, look at those faces, and have them believe in that vibe for change. They're not looking for party leaders, yet they're looking for help. The type of help that they need as of right now! The key to economic stability is you must give to the poor to spend, so that the rich can invest. If there's no spending, then how can things invest? That's the type of hope we need today!
As we see the burdens of the next generation of leaders, it will be unity that makes us for the people. As Republicans, Democrats, independent brings unity to our democracy. With the terms of out with the old ideas of division, and in with the new on ideas, hope-- and a leadership that hasn't ever been seen before.
I'm part of the generation that says we get it. I'm ready to tackle those hardships, ready to take those challenges and place you, the people on my shoulders. Ready to lead and not to deceive with a block by block—brick by brick. In search of hope!
