Books can be expense and take up too much space. What if there was a way to get books for free and you do not have to keep them if you do not want to. It’s a great website called BookMooch. In this article, you’ll read about how to swap all kind of book on the BookMooch.com.

Step 1

Free Books

Go to BookMooch.com and open an account. All a person really needs to open an account is an address and some books.
Step 2

Books

You need to collect points in order to get some free books. There are 3 ways to get points. One way is to upload your books on the site, for every book you upload you get 1/10th of a point. The second way is to give away books. If someone requests a book and you sent it to them, you get 1 point. The third way is to acknowledge that you got a book in the mail. After you leave feedback for the sender you will get 1/10th of a point.

Read more books

There is 2 ways to use up your points. Every book you get cost you 1 point (2 points if it comes from another country). The second way is to use your points is to give them to charity. There are many types of charities worldwide that the sites work with. Every kind of charity from classrooms to prisons to children hospitals get books from BookMooch.

Tips & Warnings

If there is a book you want but the website don't have it then put it on your wishlist and when it comes up on the site then the site will sent it to you!
If a book gets lost, then the sender gets their points anyway and the receiver doesn't lose a point!
For every 2 books you get, you must sent out at least 1 book. If you don't then the site will not let you mooch anymore.
You have a feedback score and if you let it get to low then more than likely people will not ask for your books.
