Step 1
Get a bialetti moka express. If you have a cappuccino machine or espresso maker that is fine. But this little beauty will make espresso for pennies on those big dollars if you don't. I have found these as cheaply as 15 dollars new. If you want to know how to make espresso with it, check out my article on "how to make cappuccinos without a machine" at http://www.ehow.com/how_4742808_cappuccino-machine.html

Step 2
Look through your spice cabinet and see what kinds of flavorings you already have. Do you have imitation almond, vanilla, or other flavorings? Do you have cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice? Then you have what you need! You don't have to buy expensive coffee flavorings or gourmet syrups. Just use what you have in your kitchen. You can use cocoa powder to make mocha.

Step 3
Delight your guests! When you froth your milk (you can do this with a whisk) add in your favorite flavorings. Just a quarter teaspoon of extract will do. Sprinkle spices to taste. I add in a teaspoon of sugar or too to make it sweet. Froth it up and add to your espress. Wala! You can make any flavor you want with a little imagination. Add the right dessert and it is better than a restaurant. I constantly hear that my cappuccinos and lattes are better than starbucks and all I use is a moka express, a whisk, and spices I find in my cabinet.
