If your like most families you run out of time or ideas for dinner. I found this meal to be quick and easy when there is a lot of stuff going on. Sometimes we get so busy it is hard to cook a meal if it takes longer than thirty minutes. This one takes fifteen to twenty minutes to cook.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Potatoes
  • Hamburger meat
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream ( if you choose)
  • Bacon Bits ( if you choose)
  • Salad ( if you choose)
  • Saran Wrap
  1. Step 1

Wash your potatoes. Don't dry them. Poke with fork.

  2. Step 2

Wrap them with Saran wrap. Place them in your microwave. ( I usually cook mine anywhere from 10 minutes to 15 minutes depending on how many).

  3. Step 3

While the potatoes are cooking start cooking your hamburger meat. You can substitute with your choice of meat it doesn't have to be hamburger meat.

  4. Step 4

After both are done cooking place the potatoes on plates and open the up. Add butter if you choose (salt and pepper to taste if you choose). Top with some hamburger meat, cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits.

  5. Step 5

You can serve as is or with a salad. Or you can serve with another side and dinner roll. Whatever you choose you have a one pan meal that took less than thirty minutes to make.
