Get White Teeth Naturally

If you’ve ever tried teeth whiteners you know how sensitive your teeth can be after treating them with chemical strips or gels. If you are reluctant to risk this sensitivity but want white teeth, there is a natural teeth whitening alternative! This natural alternative is also great for gargling and disinfecting your tooth brush!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Brush with peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a natural teeth whitener that does not contain harsh, stripping chemicals. Pour a cap full of this whitening wonder on your tooth brush, apply toothpaste, and brush. After about two weeks your bright white teeth will gradually emerge!

  2. Step 2

Gargle with hydrogen peroxide. In addition to getting you whiter teeth, Peroxide also disinfects. So rinse daily with peroxide for a clean mouth. It can also be used to sterilize and relieve any oral irritations such as canker sores.

  3. Step 3

Clean your tooth brush. Soak your tooth brush in hydrogen peroxide to keep it germ free. This will further ensure oral health.

Tips & Warnings
  • Hydrogen peroxide is a cheap alternative to expensive teeth whitening treatments!
  • Do not swallow hydrogen peroxide.
  • Hydrogen peroxide foams and is not the best taste when you gargle with it.
