Fruit pizza is a very simple dessert that the whole will love. Put an inventive twist to your pizza recipe.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Any Fresh Fruit
  • 1 Small Jar Apricot Jelly
  1. Step 1

    Lightly grease your usual pizza pan. Spread pre-made sugar cookie dough evenly across the pan.

  2. Step 2

    Bake in oven according to the sugar cookie dough baking instructions.
    Meanwhile mix 1 package of soften cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar.

  3. Step 3

    Remove cookie dough from oven, and let cool.
    Mean while you can cut up your favorite larger fruit into slices.
    Some suggestions for fruit toppings are strawberries, grapes, pineapples, kiwi, and blueberries.

  4. Step 4

    When your cookie dough has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the cookie, add your fruit toppings

  5. Step 5

    Glaze with warmed apricot jelly by drizzling it over the entire pizza.
    (It's easy to heat by removing the lid of the jelly jar and putting it into the microwave for 50 to 60 seconds depending on your microwave.)

  6. Step 6

    Now your sugar cookie fruit pizza is ready to serve. Cut just like you would a pizza or serve in squares.
