Trying to master the game of golf? Looking to learn how to hit a draw shot? Read through and follow each step and you will soon be a master of hitting a draw shot in golf.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Hitting a draw shot in golf is very much like hitting a cut shot. But when hitting a draw shot the ball will go right to left when taking flight. All these instructions will be for the right hand golfer, left hand golfers do the opposite.

  2. Step 2

When setting up for a draw shot you will have a normal stance but aim yourself right of your target. This will allow the ball to curve around right to your target.

  3. Step 3

Rotate the club in your hand so the club face is facing your target. This will allow you to get the spin on the ball making it curve.

  4. Step 4

When you make your swing you will swing it normal. Aiming yourself to the right and rotation the club will make the ball shoot to the right and curve around to the left. This shot is very useful for getting around a bend, tree, or hazard.

Tips & Warnings
  • Aim your body right, your club to the target, and use a normal swing.
