Step 1
You may have to do little hard work to make pomegranate juice, but let me tell you that it is not so hard that you cannot do it. It is little time consuming because you cannot make pomegranate juice as easily as orange juice because pomegranate has small seeds.
-
Step 2
Open your pomegranate.
Take water in bowl.
start separating out pomegranate seeds.
Seeds are heavier so they will sink in water and white and yellow skin will float on the water. -
Step 3
Take out this white and yellow skin from the water.
Use strainer to strain water out of the seeds. -
Step 4
Break seeds using blender. Don't blend the seeds for very long.
Take blended seeds in strainer and press this pulp against the strainer using a big spoon or something else that is easier for you. -
Step 5
Take out the juice as much as possible.
Pomegranate fruits contain polyphenols, tannins and anthocyanins.

on 4/2/2009 Can't get any easier than that and look at the healthy juice you get to consume. Thanks for the suggestion.
