It is never easy making everyone at your wedding happy. But the one thing you can do, is at least make those who traveled from out of town feel special and not regret making the trip for your special day.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • creative mind
  • treats for your guests
  1. Step 1

Leave a turn-down treat at their hotel. Many hotels will work with you and while your guests are enjoying the wedding and reception, they will put a treat or gift on their pillow. A piece of candy or a small party favor is enough. Just a little something that other guests may not receive because they are locals.

  2. Step 2

Create a welcome bag filled with treats, maps and brochures of area attractions. This will give them ideas of what they can do while they are not attending any wedding related events.

  3. Step 3

Invite your out of town guests to your rehearsal dinner or have a mini cocktail reception just for out of town guests.
