yes magic jack does provide unlimited but it is uNrELIABLE in it's quality of connection and of course requires a computer to use. The reason for a cell phone for many is that they are on the road. Internet is simply 'not' an option. And though magic jacks NEW add reads 'no computer necessary' giggles it still required internet!
