Step 1
Take a whiff;
take a whiff of peppermint whilst traveling. This can help sooth your upset stomach, also on a plane ride peppermint gum will help prevent your ears popping obnoxiously. -
Step 2
Keep your tummy full;
Traveling on a full stomach will neutralize the acids, this will help to avoid a nasty accident on the road. That's right, you should eat to avoid puking! Whole grains, lots and lots of water, fresh fruits, and veggies should all be a dietary staple for people with motion sickness whom are traveling -
Step 3
Fresh air;
If it is possible, get yourself some fresh air. Open your window, make a stop, do whatever it is you have to in order to get yourself some fresh air because it can make a great difference in your traveling experience and make you feel much better. -
Step 4
Don't you dare!;
Things you should avoid at all costs that will definitely bring your chances of getting sick while traveling are reading, hand-held video games, or watching a movie because your eyes are focused within the car this may trigger motion sickness. Try to focus your eyes somewhere far off in the horizon to prevent motion sickness
