How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Chocolate and peanut butter- was there ever such a perfect match? Here's a really easy way to make peanut butter cup brownies, courtesy of Katie Lee Joel in the February 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine. All you need is brownie mix and Reese's peanut butter cups! You can also mix in regular peanut butter into the batter, if you prefer.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 1 box brownie mix
• Eggs, oil, etc., according to brownie mix box
• 16 Reese's peanut butter cups

1. Preheat your oven and mix the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.

2. Pour half for the brownie batter into the bottom of a baking pan (may need to spray nonstick spray first, according to directions on the brownie box).

3. Place the opened peanut cups on top of the first layer of brownie mix. Then spread the remaining brownie batter over the top of the peanut butter cups, making sure it is smooth and even.

4. Cook according to the directions on the brownie box. After cooling completely and cutting into squares, you are ready to enjoy this delicious take on a classic treat.
