  1. Step 1

    If you have a business desktop PC, mac or personal notebook, you may access for free or can download a management software such as Microsoft Money to help design your own printable template of a business organizational chart.

  2. Step 2

    Design your printable business template around 6 main categories:
    1. Monthly sales goals
    2. Monthly Gross Performance (in dollars)
    3. Monthly business supply budget tracking expenses
    4. Monthly operating Expenses
    5. Monthly Miscellaneous Expenses
    6. Total Net Monthly Profit (free income available)

  3. Step 3

    Business operating expenses should include rent or mortgage, property and casualty, lease payments, utilities, taxes, and employee payroll tracking.
