Make a plan or drawing of how you would like your seashell wedding cake topper to look. Even if you're not the best artist, you can sketch something that you can go by when creating your cake topper.

Choose the shells that will look the best on your wedding cake topper. Consider the size and shape of the shells. Also consider the color. If you find a shell that you really want to use and it has the wrong colors, you can always spray paint it. Place the shells on the Plexiglas and arrange them the way you pictured them in your sketch. Position the pearls around the shells until you get the look that you want.

Glue each shell to the Plexiglas, one at a time. Leave the others in their place while you do this, so that you can get the exact topper that you want. Glue the pearls last, once you have finished with all the shells.

Add any embellishments that you like. You might want to add some white ribbon to your seashell wedding cake topper. You could also add a starfish or a few small white flowers. Let the cake topper dry thoroughly before use.
