How to Burn Digital Camera Movies to Disc
Digital cameras have provided millions of people with new ways of capturing memories, but along with the pictures, video clips can be captured as well. Instead of letting those clips sit on the camera and only be viewable on the tiny screen, you can expand their use and burn them to a DVD. This is a great way to store and share your footage and also save room on your camera's memory card.

2
Import the videos using the camera's software if it is included and installed. This helps prevent any compatibly issues and allows the software to properly process the video data. If you do not have software installed, then you can manually transfer the videos in the next step.

Look at the new folder that has popped up. There should be 1 or 2 main folders on the camera or memory card. Click through the folders and locate the content. If you do not know which files are pictures and which files are video then you need to click on the "View" button and select "Details." Find the column that says "Type" and click it once.

Find the section that says "A/V Files," "Video Files," or "Movie Files." These are all of the video clips located on the card. Highlight them all and press "CRTL+C" to copy them. Find an ideal location on your computer to store them and press "CRTL+V" to paste them. The transfer process could take over 30 minutes depending on how long the clips actually are.
