How to Use Facial Flex

Put the Facial Flex between your slightly parted lips. The two C-shaped plastic bases should be at the corners of your mouth. The ball-and-groove joint will be between your front two teeth.

Open your mouth slightly and make an O-shape with your lips. This movement causes the ball-and-joint to release and you will feel some resistance from the flex band that is wrapped around it.

Release your mouth from the O position--this is one repetition. Perform repetitions with the Facial Flex for two minutes. You will see the best toning results when you use the Facial Flex twice a day for two minutes each time.

Rinse and wash the Facial Flex after use. Store it in an official storage case to keep in clean in between uses.

Tips & Warnings
Replace the flex band on your Facial Flex after using it for about a week. Bands with varying levels of resistance are available from Facial Concepts, the makers of Facial Flex (see Resources).
