Tips & Warnings

  • UBroadcast is licensed under ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) and requires you to have full permission from any artist, record label and record company before playing a piece of copyrighted music on your radio show. This may or may not include having to pay a certain royalties fee to the artist and record company. If you do not have permission to play a specific piece of music you should probably not use it until you have permission by the person holding the legal copyright.
