The Process

Step 1

Connect to the Internet through relevant Internet service or connectivity option.
Step 2

Open up an Internet browser window. Type www.adobe.com in the search field at the top of the browser window. The Adobe homepage will open.
Step 3

Click on "Downloads" on the Adobe home page. Scroll down to "Get Flash Player" link. Click on it. Or click on the "Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER" icon toward the bottom right of the homepage. Either way, you are taken to the Adobe Flash Player homepage with the "Install Flash Player" message showing.
Step 4

Click on the "Agree and install now" button. A dialog box pops up with the message "Do you want to install this software?"
Step 5

Click on the "Install" button. The installation takes a few minutes based on Internet connectivity speeds. Once installation is complete, an "Adobe Flash Player successfully installed" message flashes on the Flash Player home page. Or an "Installation Complete" message with the version number of the Flash Player is displayed on the homepage.

Tips & Warnings

Please close all other Internet browser windows before installing Flash Player. Restart the computer, if needed, to ensure that the installation was successful.
