Step 1
Prep your skin. Preparing your skin for makeup is a crucial step when you are performing any kind of makeup application. It removes dirt and oil from your skin leaving it moisturized and ready for foundation. Wash your skin with a gentle cleanser and towel dry it. Dampen a cotton ball with toner and apply the toner to your face. Follow up by applying your favorite moisturizer. Cameron is a fan of La Prairie Moisturizer. Allow the moisturizer at least 10 minutes to absorb into your skin.

Step 2
Perfect your complexion. A smooth and even complexion maximizes the effect of any makeup application. Luckily, foundation can be used to create glowing skin. Apply dots of foundation onto your chin, cheeks, forehead and nose. Using a damp makeup sponge, a foundation brush or your fingers, blend the foundation into your skin. Make sure to blend the foundation into your neck to avoid looking like your wearing a mask.

Step 3
Apply concealer. Foundation does a great job at creating even skin tone and smooth skin but, let's face it, sometimes you need a little more coverage. Blemishes and under-eye circles can be covered up using concealer. Dot the concealer onto any imperfections you want to cover up. Use your ring finger to lightly blend the concealer into your skin. Once your concealer is complete, apply a light layer of face powder to set your makeup. Cameron uses Stila Illuminating Powder Foundation to give her skin that finishing glow.

Step 4
Apply eye makeup. Cameron is very subtle when it comes to her eye makeup. She likes to emphasize her baby blues without looking overdone. Choose a neutral flesh-toned shadow, a matte crème brulee colored shadow and a dark brown shadow. Cameron is a fan of Bourjois eye shadows. Apply the flesh toned eye shadow as an even wash over your lid. Using an angled brush to apply the dark brown eye shadow into the crease of your eye. Blend the two colors together with a blending brush. Apply a light layer of the crème brulee colored shadow to your brow bone. This will subtly highlight it and accent your eyes. Once your shadow is complete, line your top and bottom lash lines with eye liner. Use a smudge brush to lightly smudge the bottom lash line for a smoky effect. Finish up with a coat of your favorite mascara.

Step 5
Get a little glow. Cameron always has a sun-kissed glow. You can easily perk up your own complexion with a golden glow by using bronzer. Apply a light layer of bronzer onto your skin. Focus on the areas which naturally get sunlight such as your nose, cheeks and forehead. Blend the bronzer into your skin. Look in the mirror and smile. Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks to give yourself a rosy glow. Cameron is fan of Stila's Cheek Colours.

Step 6
Create the lips. Cameron's lips always look subtly glossy whenever you see her. She tends to stick with nude or natural lip glosses which accent her subtle makeup style. Choose a nude colored lip gloss that is hair darker then your own lip shade. Cameron is a fan of Stila Lip Glazes. Line your lips with lip liner. Once the liner has been applied, use a lip brush to soften the line and blend it into your lips. Follow up with a coat of lip gloss. Rub your lips together. You're finished so enjoy your new Cameron Diaz inspired look.
