      Gather all of your pictures for easy access. Scan the pictures and save each in a useable format, if you do not have a copy on your computer already. Include pictures of any distinguishing marks (birthmarks, scars, tattoos), clothing worn, vehicles involved or anything else relating to the missing person. Resize the pictures and make any other edits needed. Save the pictures on your desktop or create a folder.

      Make note of other pertinent information. Verify any phone numbers of local or federal authorities, organizations involved and all web addresses included on the missing person poster. Confirm any vehicle details including the year, make, model, color, license plate number and other data about it or other things involved (last place seen, who they were with and so on).

      Open a blank page in the application being used. Insert the pictures on the missing person poster. Use the "Insert Picture" icon in the program. If this is not offered, click on "Insert" on the menu bar. Click on "Picture" and then "From File..." Locate the pictures and click on the "Insert" button.
