How to Download Microsoft Access Tutorials

Microsoft Access is a part of the Office tools. This program is database management. You can use the program for creating simple applications without having advance programming skills. The application offers a number of object-oriented methods; however, it is not fully functional. You can use the Help file in Microsoft Access to learn some of the basics; however, when you download a Microsoft Access Tutorial you will receive the full benefits and information that you can use towards creating applications.

Instructions

1. Download Adobe Reader (see Resources). You will need this application to read and view PDF files; the Microsoft Access tutorial is in this format.

2. Go to the Microsoft Access tutorial website (see Resources). You can view tutorials from the website or download them to your computer. If you obtain them, you can look at the tutorial without having to log on to the Internet.

3. Scroll down the page to "Microsoft Access Tutorials: Self-Contained Package." Right-click on each of the files, "Install.bat," "Part1.exe" and "Part2.exe." Choose "Save As" or "Save Linked Content As" and add them to one specific folder.

4. Open the folder. Click on "Part1.exe" to extract the files to that folder. Do the same for "Part2.exe." The Microsoft Access Tutorials will be present.

5. Use your mouse to right-click on the folder. Choose "Sort By" then "Type." All of your PDF tutorials will be in a row.

6. Click on "Intro" to get started with your Microsoft Access Tutorials.
