      Apply the alcohol to the dried paint with a small brush or cotton tipped swab. If you have a large area with drips, you can place a piece of plastic over the spots to prevent the rubbing alcohol from evaporating. Let sit for 10 minutes.

      Scrub the spot with the scouring pad, being careful not to scratch the wood around the paint. The spot should lift off easily.
