For an easy breakfast meal, or an anytime meal, nothing beats a frittata. Low cost and tasty!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 medium red potato, peeled and diced
  • skillet
  1. Step 1

First, gather all ingredients. Cut the 6 strips of bacon into 1" inch pieces and fry on medium/high until crisp. Add diced potatoes, and cook through. Add diced onion, and cook until clear. Blend this mixture together evenly in the skillet, reduce heat.

  2. Step 2

Whisk 4 eggs in bowl with a dash of milk.

  3. Step 3

Pour egg mixture into the bacon, potato, and onion mixture in skillet. Let this set for a while as if you were making an omelette. Lift edges of egg mixture, letting some seep under the frittata to form a solid edge. Keep doing this until the egg mixture is more and more solid.

  4. Step 4

Reduce heat to low/medium. Put a cover on the skillet and let the frittata cook through until the egg mixture has become completely solid and is cooked through.

  5. Step 5

Once the frittata is cooked through and is solidified, invert onto serving plate, and cut into wedges. May be topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, or anything else you may like. Enjoy!
