Some people do like clothing & accessories from a different time and era. Many of the clothing styles of the 50's, 60's & 70's are still available you just have to know where to look. You will almost never find outdated or hipster type clothing in a department store. Department stores don't make their money by selling outdated clothing.

Depending what you are looking for, you may want to start with trying to find a store on line or in your area that specifically states that they carry "Vintage" or "Consignment" clothing. You will probably find several of these stores on line. Many of these on line stores will ship all over the world.

You can start with Google, type in stores that sell vintage, hipster clothing on line. I am sure your search will return numerous results. It does seem that many of these stores are not cheap. I guess it makes sense. Anything that is old and outdated is usually more expensive. You will be surprised at what you may find at these stores. Some of the clothing is "unique" to say the least.
