Things You'll Need:
- 1 box dry italian dressing seasoning packets
- Top roast, bottom roast, or chuck roast
- Jars of pepperchinis or hot peppers
- Water
- Hawaiian Rolls
- Provolone Cheese

Step 1
Chuck RoastIn a large pot place the meat of your choice (top roast, bottom roast or chuck roast), the packets of dry italian seasoning and the jars of the peppers or pepperchinis together. If you want the italian beef to be hot use the peppers and if you want the beef to be mild use the pepperchinis. The choice of meat you use does not matter. Add water to the pot so that it covers the meat. I have found that two roasts, four packets of seasoning and four jars of peppers is a good combination.

Step 2
Heat Oven to 400Heat your oven to 400 degrees and place the pot in your oven.

Step 3
Beef Starting to ShredLeave the pot in the oven until the beef starts to shred apart easily. Once it starts to shred easily, use two forks and pull the beef apart into small pieces. This step will take about 4-5 hours.

Step 4
Finished Italian Beef SandwichesPlace a piece of cheese on the hawaiian roll and add as much beef to it as your please. Add a pepper or pepperchini to add a little spice to each sandwich.
