You may also go to the call center you wish to work for and inquire about their job openings.

Brush up your English. If you have at least 2 years college education, there is a good chance that you will be called in for an interview. The only requirement that for an agent is good English communication skills. Practice speaking English by standing in front of the mirror and pretending that you are already in the interview.

During the interview, make eye contact with the recruiter and market yourself well. You don't have to blow up your skills and achievements but it helps if you show a little self-confidence. There will be a series of tests after the initial interview. These tests are meant to check if you have the basic computer knowledge.

During the test, take your time reading the instructions. Do not hurry. Read the instructions carefully and if there are some things that are not clear to you, you can ask the HR assigned with the testing. The test is meant to check your basic computer skills and your problem-solving skills. They are not difficult but they need your concentration and your effort.
