1
Straighten up your posture. Having bad posture is characterized by having slumped over, or rounded, shoulders. To correct this problem, perform some back rows. These can be done at the gym in a seated position on the back row machine.
-
2
Strengthen the chest. Strengthening the chest muscles will also contribute to better posture and also help firm the upper body. A few good exercises are pushups, dumbbell chest presses, chest flies and incline presses.

3
Eat healthful foods. More specifically, eat foods that are known to help keep skin healthy. These would include foods high in vitamins C, A, E, K and B. Some examples would be citrus fruits, peppers, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and yams.
-
4
Eat some good fats. Unsaturated fats, also known as essential fatty acids, have been known to help with the elasticity of the skin. Some good sources are olive oil, flaxseed oil, avocados, hemp oil and cold water fish.
-
5
Wear the right type of bra. This won't necessarily firm muscles, but it will help to lift the breasts and give them a more appealing appearance. This also helps to reduce stress to the Cooper's Ligament, which is responsible for sagging breasts.
-
6
Cut down on large amounts of jogging. Jogging for extended periods of time has been known to exacerbate sagging breasts. Make sure to wear a comfortable and supportive sports bra when you exercise and especially when jogging.

Tips & Warnings
Back rows can also be performed with dumbbells or even a gallon water jug from your house. Do this one arm at a time in a bent-over position. A filled gallon jug weighs about 8 lbs. The free-weight chest exercises can be performed on a bench or for more core recruitment, they can be done on a Swiss ball. Another way to improve posture is to sit on a Swiss ball while working or watching TV. This will force you to sit in an upright position and not allow you to slouch.
