Things You'll Need:
- Bar of soap
- Anti bacterial foot spray
- Clean socks
- Washcloth
- Dry Towel
-
Step 1
After a hard day at work etc., when you get home take off your shoes, boots, or sneakers. And put them in a ventilated area and spray the inside of your footwear with a anti bacterial odor foot spray. Then take off your socks and put them in the hamper.
-
Step 2
Next go to the bathroom and turn on the water in the bathtub. You want to make sure the water is very warm. Place your feet in the tub. Take a washcloth and a bar of soap, and work up a nice lather. Then scrub between your toes , the bottom, and top of your feet very good. Then rinse them off real well.
-
Step 3
Next take a dry towel and dry your feet. Then rub lotion on them. After put on a fresh pair of socks on and you are good to go. (If you have serious foot odor problems, it would be best to follow this routine everyday for a few weeks to get the best results.)

on 8/5/2009 The washing's not a bad idea, I use that foot powder, but that doesn't seem to be making the problem go away, it just makes the smell go away until the next day. I'll have to try that, thanks!
