Things You'll Need

  • 1 strawberry
  • 2 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 2 teaspoons of whole-milk yogurt (plain)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cosmetic clay

Instructions

      Mash the strawberry in a food processor or blender.

      Mix 1 teaspoon of the strawberry juice with 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt, 2 drops of frankincense essential oil and 1/2 teaspoon of cosmetic clay. You can likely find frankincense essential oil and cosmetic clay in a natural food market in the cosmetic section, or online.

      Wash your face thoroughly and pat to dry.

      Apply your natural face mask and leave on for 20 minutes.

      Remove your face mask with warm water and a washcloth. You may follow with your favorite sunscreen facial moisturizer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Results won't be instant. Use twice weekly to every day for a few months to see results.

  • Yogurt has a natural mild bleaching effect. Try a plain yogurt mask if you are out of the other ingredients.

  • Most age spots are harmless, but if you have spots that are dark or have changed, check with your doctor.

  • If you have sensitive skin, try a test spot on your arm before using the natural face mask on your face.

  • If you are allergic to strawberries, do not use them in the mask: Just make it without the berries.
