Step 1
Most drugstores sell Vitamin E lotion. If you can't find it on the shelves, just ask for it. This is very affordable and you will be nothing short of amazed at how your skin feels after using just a small amount!
-
Step 2
Wash your face with lukewarm water, removing all dirt and make-up. Pat dry and apply lotion; just a pinky tip's worth on problem areas. Within moments, your skin will look and feel softer and more supple.
-
Step 3
Problem areas for many women are the forehead and eyebrow area. If these areas need more softening, apply another pinky tip's worth of your Vitamin E lotion. There is no need to slather it on; a small amount of this lotion works wonders.
-
Step 4
After the Vitamin E lotion has been absorbed by your skin (takes just seconds), your fresh clean, soft skin is now ready for make-up. Sometimes, I add a bit to my lips to soften them before applying a sheer gloss. Your skin will remain supple all day.
-
Step 5
Before bed is a great time to apply your Vitamin E lotion because it has time to sink into your bare skin while you sleep, with no layers of make-up to hinder additional benefits, such as promoting youthful skin. This is also great for your decollate!
-
Step 6
Note: I will turn 40 this year and can assure you that this lotion has prevented, or at least delayed, any wrinkles from forming. There are no lines around my mouth or crows feet around my eyes...I'm either lucky or this lotion is amazing! Please try it and let me know what you think!
