Cinnamon-Sugar Smashed Bananas are healthy, low in calories and fat, take less than 5 minutes to make...And best of all they are delicious !

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • 1 or 2 Bananas
  1. Step 1

Peel your bananas, and slice them in to a microwave - safe bowl. Try and make all the slices the same size so they will be done at the same time.

  2. Step 2

Put the bowl of bananas in to the microwave for about one minute. You want them to become easily smashable with a fork. You'll be able to tell when they are done because if you watch, you will be able to see them turning smushy.

  3. Step 3

When the bananas are done, smash them with a fork. Add two or three spoonfuls of sugar, or however much tastes good to you. Brown sugar is really yummy on these, but any kind will work.

  4. Step 4

Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and stir the whole thing until it is well mixed. Enjoy !
