Go to the AVG 7.5 free antivirus software download folder (see Resources). Double-click on the file, "AVG75Free_524a1289". A pop up window will appear.

Click "Next" on the welcome screen. Then press the "Continue" button. Click on "Accept" when you have read the terms and agreement for AVG 7.5 usage. The program will then check your system statistics.

Personalize AVG. Insert your user name. The free version of AVG 7.5 will have the license number already in the application. Change the install folder if you choose by clicking "Browse" or typing in the folder name. To continue, press "Next." Install all components, then click "Next" again. Choose your email program. This will ensure that all incoming emails will be free from viruses. Press "Next." View the summary of your installation, then "Finish."

Wait for the program to install on your computer. This takes approximately one minute to complete. A screen will pop up, "Installation Complete." You are required to reboot your machine. Click, "OK."
