Things You'll Need:
- Philip screw driver
- small flat head screw driver
- stem socket
- step seat wrench
- channel lock plier
- big flat head screw driver

Step 1
First you have to shut the water off to the whole house. Go to the shower and turn all the valve open to let the water and the pressure in the system out. Take your screw driver and pop the handle' s plastic button out on all three handles. Unscrew the handles and take them off. Turn the metal flanges (stem cover) counter clockwise to loosen it, take it all the way out.

Step 2
Using your stem socket, turn counter clockwise and loosen the stems, take it all the way out and look at the inside end of the stem, there is a screw on the center holding the rubber washer, unscrew it and take the rubber washer to size up the new washer to.

Step 3
Stick one end of the seat wrench into the center of where you pull the stem out of, at the very back of the hole is the seat its round with a hole in the center, that where you suppose to insert the seat wrench into. Turn the seat wrench handle counter clockwise to loosen the seat, take it all the way out and inspect it. Get the right size for the seats and install everything back together, turn all the water valves back off and turn the water back on.
