Things You'll Need:
- 5 green tomatoes
- 1/8 cup of parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 3-5 Jalapeno peppers (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 whole medium onion
- 1 medium garlic clove
- Knife
- Blender
- Pot of boiling water

Step 1
Peel the garlic pieces, the green tomatoes, and the onion. Then thoroughly wash all of the vegetables in cold water.

Fill a pan up half way with water and place the pan on the stove. Turn the burner your using on high and wait until the water boils.

Step 3
Place the vegetables in the pot of boiling water. Let the vegetables boil until they are soft enough to easily stick a fork in them. Usually the tomato skin starts to peel off.

Step 4
Remove the tomato skin and throw it in the trash. Place all of the vegetables, 1/8 cup of parsley, 1 tsp of salt and 1 cup of the water used to boil the vegetables into the blender. Blend on high until the mixture is liquid.

Step 5
The green salsa is ready to eat.
