Start a new week and I do not know if the stage of the year or what, but I feel that the weekends are becoming shorter and not getting enough rest. But in the event that something happens to you like me, I will present my list of tips to relax and re-energize a series of tips to start the week with all the power is adequate to reach the other weekend.
