Step 1
A hangover is a side effect of drinking too much, caused mainly by dehydration. When you drink alcohol, you may have noticed that you have to urinate more often, and your urine is clear. Clear urine normally means that your body is hydrated fully, and the excess water is being discharged from your body. However, when you drink alcohol, the alcohol forces your body to expel the built up water in your system and replaces it with the beverages you are consuming. Over time, this leads to dehydration, and thus you get a hangover. To cure this, you simply need more water in your body than what it needs in the first place so that when the alcohol starts clearing out the water in your body, you don't run out of water, and you will not get a hangover.

Step 2
Before you go out drinking, you should start hydrating your body. The more you are going to drink, the more hydration you will need. Your body will let you know when it's fully hydrated, as your urine will be clear at all times. If you have any yellow urine, you have not consumed enough water. The darker the urine, the more dehydrated your body is. You can hydrate your body by drinking lots of water before you start drinking alcohol. The amount of water you need depends on your size and your alcohol tolerance. This may take some practice, but if you start early enough with water, you will be urinating clear (and often) well before you start drinking alcohol. Once you have accomplished this, you are good to go.

Step 3
Once you start drinking alcohol, you need to replenish the water that the alcohol is removing. Maintain a constant level of hydration, even while drinking alcohol. This means that for every so many alcoholic drinks, you need to drink some water. It takes practice to figure out how much water and how often to drink it, but once you have it figured out you will be able to enjoy nights out drinking without the hangover the next day.
