Get Rid of Puffy Eyes
Thank you to David schief for the pics.

We all at one point get puffy eyes, and it looks like you are older, or hanghover,or you are on some kind of drugs or medication,it can be a lots of things.for my personal experience sometimes is a lack of water and rest.or if I sleep the wrong way.if you have cocktails try a glass of water after a cocktail.it can be hereditary like me, my dads family they are puffy.so i have try everything in the world.IT can be your kidneys or your liver.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 to 8 glasses of water a day.frozen tea bags.ziplock bags with water you have to freeze them.
  1. Step 1

The first thing is try to wash your face before you go to bed,if you have a lots of cream or makeup, that will do it, specially for people that have allergies, rinse yourself with cold water around the eyes.freeze a ziplock bag with water or any plastic bag and make a knot like this one, usually I have like 4.on the freezer.

  2. Step 2

You can use the tea bags or you can fill ziplock bags with water and have them on your freezer, and you need something to protect your eye, like a tissue never put ice directly it can burn your skin, you can put it close to the eyebrow very easy you will feel it ,it has to feel good.

  3. Step 3

The bags are under your eye that is where you are going to place the frozen tea or ziplock bags.you do it for 10 sec,and let go and then 5 sec rest and you do it again ,it works for me and I am very puffy.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have time make yourself a cup of tea ,it can be green tea ,chamomile,or black tea, freeze the bags in separate ziplock bags. Always rinse your face with cold water it keeps the skin in a good shape.
  • Never put the the bags directly to the skin . I always put a cheese cloth or a thick tissue is a very sensitive area.you can burn the skin, the ziplock I usually put them directly, because they already are protected by the plastic, but the tea bags I do it the other way.
