Coconut oil benefits have been widely discussed, and some people think of coconut oil as a nearly miraculous substance.     Coconut oil can also be used topically. For instance, you can massage coconut oil into your hair and scalp to make hair shiny and sleek. Or you can rub it onto your skin as an effective moisturizer.

  • It’s important to be aware that coconut oil is not without its critics. Indeed, some scientists maintain that coconut oil, which is indeed a saturated fat, is not the “good” kind of fat.
