Making food from scratch is healthy, easy and economical...And you know exactly what is in the food with no preservatives. this is so simple and so good. Why buy a box of cereal when you can easily make it yourself? There is something special about making your food from scratch

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • regular oats
  • walnuts
  • almonds
  • sesame seeds
  • frozen juice (any flavor)
  • honey or agave
  • flax seeds
  • cinnamon
  1. Step 1

    take two cups of regular oats, one cup of walnuts and almonds, 1 cup of flax seeds, 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds 1/2 can of frozen juice, (any flavor) 1TBSP of cinnamon, approx 1 cup of honey....

  2. Step 2

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread on greased cookie sheet and spread all around. Canola is the best oil for this.

  3. Step 3

    Put into pre heated over 350 for approx 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for ten minutes. Remove from the oven and scrape all of granola

  4. Step 4

    Put granola in a large plastic container or sealed glass jar. Serve with fresh fruit or raisins and milk.....

Tips & Warnings
  • Just enjoy and know all the nutrition you are having
  • add one tsp of vanilla for extra good taste
  • Make sure to grease cookie sheet as it will stick otherwise
  • If it does not seem totally dry....it will after putting in a container
