How to Cook Melt in Your Mouth BBQ Ribs in just 45 Minute Using a Pressure Cooker
Many of the chain restaurants use pressure cookers or some type of pressure cooking to prepare ribs, chicken, etc. Kenny Kings uses this method to cook it chicken. Does this Spark an idea?

Cut ribs into sections that will fit into cooker. Spray cooker with non-stick spray. Add 1/4 cup water. Coat ribs with thin layer of BBQ sauce. See my article on how to make BBQ sauce if you would like to make your own.

Place lid on cooker and turn heat on high. Once you feel air coming from the valve place regulator on valve. When regulator starts to vent steam and jiggle start your timing. Reduce heat one notch at a time til regulator jiggles about three time a minute. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove cooker from heat and let cool. Remove regulator and make sure all pressure has vented before attempting to remove lid. You can also run cold water over cooker to cool.

Remove ribs and brush on more BBQ sauce. You may want to place ribs in oven at 375 deg. and cook for 1/2 hour or til BBQ sauce is tacky. Serve with cole slaw, French fries, and for heaven sakes don't forget the banana pudding.

Ribs or any food cooked in a pressure cooker retains all it's natural juices, vitamins, and minerals. No matter how tuff meat maybe you can make it falling apart tender in no time. Because the temperature of boiling water rises to 240 deg. under pressure it kills all bacteria and viruses.

Tips & Warnings
Brush on BBQ sauce and heat in 375 deg over for 1/2 hr after removing from cooker for a better BBQ taste.
Never attempt to remove lid from pressure cooker til all pressure has vented.
