This article will teach you the most enjoyable way to watch a football game at home.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Good food
  • Good drink
  • Good friends and family
  1. Step 1

The first step to watching a good football game is great food! It has to be football food also, Chili, Dogs or Brats, Burgers. I make Chili with a combination of Italian sausage and beef and it is amazing. You can have the Dogs plain or make them Chili Dogs. Chips and salsa or dips are always a necessity but keep in mind the likes and dislikes of your company and family.

  2. Step 2

The next very important step is to have the right people over for the game. It is always fun to have the opposing teams fans over. Keep in mind that by half time your team might be losing by 34 points and it might not be the smartest move to have that person over. Pick your company wisely to make it the most enjoyable.

  3. Step 3

Probably the most important step to me is to make it a family affair. We all get into our teams jersey's and we even put a team logo bandana on our dog. We all eat well, laugh and enjoy family time together. What better way to spend a few hours? Ofcourse not all families do this and that is ok, I suggest buying tickets to the movies for your wife or family if they are not into sports so they enjoy the time as well. Remember guys, when momma is happy everyone is happy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember to have your friends bring their favorite beverages
  • Ask about allergies to food
  • Be a responsible host
  • Not too many onions on the chili dogs or you will be sorry!!
