Instructions

    • 1

Brown 1lb of ground chuck in a medium saucepan until thoroughly cooked. Place meat in the Crock-Pot and set Crock-Pot temperature to high.

    • 2

Cut up cube sized chunks of Mexican Velveeta cheese and add to the hamburger in the Crock-Pot. Mix up with mixing spoon.

    • 3

Pour salsa into mixture in the Crock-Pot and stir. Add black olives and mix with contents in the Crock-Pot.

    • 4

Cook Velveeta cheese dip for a half and hour, stirring occasionally to be sure cheese is completely melted. Turn Crock-Pot temperature to low to keep warm when mixture is done.

    • 5

Spoon cooked Velveeta cheese dip into a small bowl and garnish with tortilla chips for dipping. I recommended Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

  • A quicker way to melt the Velveeta cheese cubes is to microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds...but after, be sure to add all ingredients in the Crock-Pot as they blend much better this way.

  • Do not leave the Velveeta cheese dip mixture on high in the Crock-Pot because you will burn it...be sure to put it on low after cooking.
