Some are reflections of your circumstances and feelings about certain situations, but psychic dreams are more lucid and easier to remember.

   Notice how often you can feel the feelings of others and predict events. If you are sensitive to the feelings of others and predict events, you may be psychic. Psychics are usually in tune to circumstances in the lives of others. Sometimes they know who is calling before answering a phone or answering the door. Many times psychics have the ability to tell when someone is in danger. Often psychics can predict specific things that are going to happen to a relative or friend.

3. Measure your spiritual activities. Psychics are usually spiritual. The word psychic comes from the Greek language and means "of the soul." If you have a sense of universal connection to the world and a strong belief in God or a Higher Power, you are probably psychic. Psychics typically believe in life after death and the ability of the soul to exist in other realms. Sometimes psychics communicate with people who have passed.

4. Work on increasing psychic powers. People who are psychic tend to increase their powers through meditation. If you find that you enjoy meditating, it increases your psychic abilities, and feel a connection to a world outside yourself, you are probably psychic.
