How to Make a Quilted Purse

I have been making these bags and purses ever since they were made famous by the Vera Bradley company.
They are beautiful, practical and fun to make.You will absolutely love making these bags and purses.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Pattern
• Quilted Material
• Sewing Machine
• Thread and other obvious items

1. 
   Just one example

   First of all pick out the pattern of the purse or bag you want to make.
   I started with a simple country brief case..........awesome

2. 
   Another Example of Reversable Fabric

   Now that you have selected your pattern you will need to go shopping for a deal on reversable quilted material.At this point some think they know it all and do not opt for reversable fabric but choose to use (2) different fabrics.Don't do this.....you will thank me later.

   I like this pattern

   Now that you have chosen your fabric and pattern you are ready to go.
   Cut out your project.

4. 
   One of my Favorites

   When you are buying the supplies to make this purse or bag be sure to use a soft plastic for the bottom insert to stabilize the bag.
   Do not use anything that cannot be laundered.
